OCD Building & Remodeling Inc provides home remodeling, additions and related construction services (“Services”). The content provided through our Services is for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional advice. Estimates provided through this Site are preliminary and subject to an on-site assessment.

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By using our Site, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement.

All content and materials available on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, website name, code, images and logos, are the intellectual property of OCD Building & Remodeling Inc and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. Message types

Message frequency may vary. By providing your phone number, you agree to receive SMS messages from us, which may include appointment confirmations, project updates, promotional offers and service notifications. To opt out of future messages, reply STOP at any time. You may receive a confirmation message upon successful opt-out. Message and data rates may apply.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies. You should expect to receive no more than 10 messages per month. On average we send no more than one promotional offer per month. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out.

Opting out

If at any time you wish to stop receiving SMS messages from us, reply to the text with STOP. You may receive an SMS message confirming your opt-out.

Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply to any SMS messages sent or received. The rates are determined by your carrier and the specifics of your mobile plan.

12. Texting, promotions and notifications

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

By confirming we can contact you via SMS, you are giving OCD Building & Remodeling Inc the ability to contact you with promotional offers, updates and discounts for various services.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP. Upon sending STOP, we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially.
